Integrated process for drying by means of controlled instantaneous decompression cycles combined with thermal recovery by heat pump.
The TERMODIC process is an innovative drying technique that combines traditional drying techniques (eg convection) with Controlled Instant Decompression (DIC).
It is a drying process that takes place at low temperature (40-80 ° C) in a controlled atmosphere (oxidizing or reducing) and which is potentially applicable to solid materials in pieces, fibrous materials and muddy materials.
This process allows interesting energy recoveries that limit energy consumption to about 400Kcal / l of evaporated water.
